Dear Friends,

As many of you know, I began my career as a critical care and preoperative nurse specialist. Although the path from nursing to organizing expert might seem unusual, these professions actually have many elements in common. Both require frequent collaboration with individuals and teams. Both require work within challenging and dynamic systems. Both require listening, contemplation, consideration, and problem solving. And, most importantly, both require a commitment to people—and to their health and well-being.

Over the past few weeks and months, the world as we know it has tilted on its axis. More of us are working from home. As distance learning has become the new reality, those of us with children have gotten to spend more time with them. Many of us have moved in with family—or have had family join us in our homes. Some of us, having been lured to cities by the hustle and bustle of urban life, are ready for a change. Some of us have, tragically, lost friends and family members to COVID-19 and need help picking up the pieces. Although this current moment won’t last forever, all of us have seen our lives and the direction of our generation change… significantly, and most likely, permanently.

Be assured: as your routines and priorities have shifted, so has the way we approach our work at In Order to Succeed. We are committed to taking every precaution to ensure the health and safety of our clients, industry associates and members of our team. Our new protocols include temperature checks, face masks, and avoiding on-site project work if we are feeling unwell. As before we may continue to communicate with you via phone calls as well as through digital “face-to-face” platforms such via, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp and Skype. We are committed to work around your schedules to achieve your goals in safe and effective ways. Taking these steps—and more—as part of our promise to protect what is most valuable to us: the health and well-being of you and your families. More information will be available on our website and via social media in the coming days and weeks.

On behalf of myself and our entire team you are in our minds and in our hearts. We will get through this together. Please let us know what we can do to help you to move gracefully, to work efficiently, and—most importantly—to live abundantly.
