In Order to Succeed Team

Hello to you! As 2020 winds down and we look ahead with hope to a fresh, safe and sane start in 2021, we can’t help but reflect on this year with deep gratitude. While the direct effects of COVID-19 are never far from our minds, we at In Order to Succeed are focusing on all we all have gained such as enhanced time with family, an appreciation for things once overlooked, and a better understanding of what is truly important in our lives.

After a slow spring and early summer, we had a busy and productive fall! We’re back to reorganizing homes and offices and our moving concierge teams have been safely relocating a record number of clients into new spaces. Now more than ever people are prioritizing home as their sanctuary. We love helping clients redefine how their home functions. We’re experts at helping clients solve the puzzle of “Is it best to move for more space or rework what you already have?” In what could be named the “Year of the Home Office”, we have helped establish professional spaces to get work done effectively. Let’s not forget the need for creating realistic solutions for remote learning. Our little learners have been through the ups and downs of schooling during a pandemic, and we couldn’t be more proud of all they have accomplished this year.

We wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy holiday and look forward to a bright 2021 together!

We are excited to announce two new additions to the IOTS team!

Sarah Grace, who’s been part of In Order To Succeed since 2011, and many of you know, has stepped out of the on-site organizing role and into an operations role as our Chief Operations Officer. She’s helping to streamline our systems, support our organizers, and button up operations. As a Certified Professional Organizer with a background in education, Sarah is enjoying putting her skills to use in a new way, and being a resource for our team members and clients.

Lisa Moreland has joined as Office & Operations Manager. Lisa comes to us from a design firm in nearby Fairfield, and brings her calm, can-do demeanor, organized design-oriented eye, and operations-minded savvy to the team. She’s helping to support us as we continue to expand our services and help even more people realize their dreams of organization!
