Mornings are stressful. Between getting the kids out the door, finding time to exercise and preparing yourself for the day it’s easy to start the day at a high speed that adds stress. One way to take a little bit of the stress out of the morning is to take some time each evening to put together your morning plan. Pack your work bag, make any lunches you need to make, set the coffee maker. Doing these three things the night before can make your morning less chaotic.
